Pathetic Customer Service!!!

I have tried numerous times to get hold of this gentleman who supposedly can assist me in getting quotes on Fujitsu and other scanners to my clients.

We are a registered dealer of theirs and since Evan left, there is just no way of getting hold of anyone who can supply updated quotes for me.

This is very frustrating and completely unacceptable - imagine I have to do this to my clients, I will lose them all in a day!

I hope someone out there has more luck than I do...
