First of all, your WhatsApp line is useless. Some of us would actually prefer to deal with a human being and not be constantly redirected to a useless WhatsApp line. Half the time, you are not updated on your parcels, but they are very quick to email you for your customs VAT. I hate these couriers. I really wish they would use someone else. The JHB branch is the most useless and unhelpful. I don't even know how they still have a JHB branch open.
