Fast Way to nowhere

I use Fastway for my business to (try and) deliver items to my customers who have bought from our online store. On a couple of occasions now i have experienced the situation where they go off with the goods and then only once it is in their system do they let you know that they cannot deliver it to the address specified. Lovely. So then it takes days to get back to you. The first time this happened the goods were returned to my neighbouring shop over Christmas and somebody from there signed for them. I had no idea that it was returned even, thankfully the neighbour told us. Then the last time now it took 3 weeks to get the package back from Cape Town, and then stood in the Fastway depot in Johannesburg for 5 days plus. This after numerous discussions with Fastway to get my parcel returned from me. Another situation involved the courier not collecting when he was supposed to according to the time table and when i called him i was greeted with the most poorly mannered person alive. I want my money back now, and Fastway have gone completely silent! I see a CPA infringement here and i will be getting lawyers involved. Sick of poor service!!
