Selling incomplete products

Bought a set of Mercedes Vito roof rails from Zuneid Obaray of Aztech Industrial Electronics. When it arrived in Johannesburg the covers were missing. I informed Zuneid who told me that he didn't pack it himself and that the covers should still be in his workshop. He undertook to get back to me the next day.

A week later and still no feedback from him and still no covers. Worse still is that Zuneid has stopped communicating and is ignoring my messages. The only deduction I can make is that he never had the covers and took a chance by selling me an incomplete set of roof rails.

Please be aware that Zuneid can’t be trusted. If he has no issue screwing someone out of a meagre R3k I dread what he would do in real business.
