Sheppard Academy
Cancellation fee

I started studying part time with Sheppard academy for my N4 mathematics and Industrial electronics subjects. After a week i realize i was the only one in the math class with no teacher and sometime just me. The industrial electronics lecturer did not even know there was after hour classes on the specific days. The academy class period are about 20 minutes at max and then also the taecher just sms me 5 minutes before class informing me that there will be no class on the specific day.
I decided to cancel my account and start to study at Nkangala FET College. here i was already 4 weeks behind class as i was only 2 weeks in the sheppard academy.
I start to battle to get me refunded and in the end they just paid me R250 where i paid R2125 for 2 subjects with admin and registration fee included, but only R750 at Nkangala FET College.
They claim that the admin fee and registration fee alone is R1550 which leaves a total of R600, which they deduct 60% off.
I felt this is wrong as i am still a apprentice and can't afford to pay for my studies, now i can only do 1 subject which means they sprac my future.
