EXTREMELY RUDE - STAY AWAY!!!

After taking two items in to have sandblasted more than a week ago, I get it back two days before the function and the name is spelt wrong. Needless to say I buy the goods AGAIN and explain that I would like it redone and of course am not going to pay again. Firstly, absolutely unpresentable, walks out the office smoking a cigarette and glaring at me under her glasses. The extremely RUDE woman screams at me, (the customer) and tells me SHE DIDN'T SPELL IT WRONG - it was me. (why the would I spell my own boyfriends' name wrong)? AND it was written on the back of the cake knife set (spelt correctly) I asked for a piece of paper so i could write it AGAIN and sign on it so they could redo it and was screamed at, and she carried on. On my way out the owner or whatever he was (looked like a hobo) threatened to hit my collegue and proceeded to push me (a lady) down the stairs. Stay away as I have NEVER in my life dealt with anyone more unpresentable and down right rude. Where the is their business ethics? That is NOT how you treat paying customers!!!
