EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF Stay away from them

I was contacted by them a while ago and at first didnt want anything "but as usual the rub it off in any case to my fellow worker" saying that no need to pay now because 60 day period to try and test it out if we are happy with cartridge we can pay if not no obligation". We eventualy got the cartridgen noinvoice just delivery note and put in, but am not happy about product, person by the name of Gavin called for inq of payment, i told him that im not happy about it and he said itt usualy is 30 day to pay and they have special arrangements made for us to be paid at 45 days, told him it was relayd otherwise to me, he became extremely rude, and threatning towards me, he will hand us over as bad payers, i had a friend called them up to ask for a sales consultant to give us a call for ink cartridge that we need, Guess who called "Gavin" the accunts person that wants to hand us over, he again threatened I then called back myself to ask them to send me a copy of signed invoice where i spoke to another rude person with no business ethics or telephone manner"Betsie" i asked her to relay a message to Gavin with my email adress for the Inv requested and was rudely brushed off with bad vibe!!
