Sales Reps

We called and emailed thando asking for a sales Rep from their company, we haven't been assistant in the matter. We are buying products at a very high price simply because we do not have a rep from their company yet have the same business doing the same business as we who are getting goods from academy with a reasonable price in the same area as a result we are losing customers cause prices are high cause we buying at a outrageous cost. We go to the branch they refuse to sell goods to us because we do not appear on their system yet we have been calling and emailing them for them to send us a rep to be able to appear on their system. We find it unfair and bad customer service and not taking small upcoming business serious. How our we going to grow and be successful if big companies and suppliers rejecting us?
