Dear Mercedes

I received a rental car from Avis, via the Mercedes recall, as my car had faulty brakes
This was a much smaller car than my SUV and i had to live with the problems
Malvin did inform me that Mercedes was working on a compensation for me (i do have the email)

The Dimakatso took over from Malvin and was not good in replying or communicating with me

I did compliant to her that the small car was a problem to me and gave her my reasons
1. I was moving TV and Paintings (large) from Port Shepstone to Cape Town when Merecedes took my car without warning
2. Mercedes NEVER phoned me or informed me about the brake recall. Although two service centres have all my contact details
3. Avis has billed me for km - which i have no idea why? Mercedes is responsible for daily rental and km
4. I did request that Dimakatso give me two week notice when my car will be ready. She did agree to this telephonically. I did not receive any email or call from her that my car was ready
5. Dimakatso did not inform me that the rental has stopped. I did inform her that i will take car to CT Airport Avis on a certain date. There was no objection
