Good day I am really not happy with the service you give to your patients my mother Hermien Miller was referred by Tygerburg hospital on the 19th she got there about before 11h00 she was sitting since there the whole without any help I got there after 17h00 to see how she's doing She informed that there was told that there is 2 patients before her so when I ask the Sister how could that be possible that she sit from 11h00 the morning without seeing any Doctor and still not be helped she explained about this Stupid colour code you guys used before a Patient get atttention where at I needed to leave her there to wnet home to see to my daughter that was home alone since that morning. She only got to see the Doctor at 11h00 the nite and than the Doctor got an emergency where at she was suppose to wait again until 4h00 the next morning for the Doctor to see her agian. Where at according to my Mother some Blood test was done and she was informed to wait for the results that she would get aroun 7-8h00.I phone again the morning at 11h00 and so the Siter that i spoke to again said my Mother is still sitting where at I ask her again how that could be possible cause when I left her on the 19th I was told that she will be accomidated to get bed and that did not happen. The Sister told me that I must be Happy that she could have a seat I told her that how could anyone be happy exspecially a person at age 64 sit since 11h00 the previous day until 11h00 the next day she mentioned that you full and busy wich I do understand but your freaken System is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad I wish Can swear and scream so that the whole world knows about the Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadddddddddddddddddddddddddddd Service Patients get at this Hospital really is sick how you handle clients im 100% sure you can use other ways to see to the eldery honsetly Imagine yourself if that was your Mother how would you feel. So she got a bed on the 20th I think at about 8-9h00 full of Body pain that she did not had. Ive been phoning since 9h00 this morning of the 21st to speak to a Doctor to confirm about her illness I only got hold of Dr Lourens at 12h00 that said their still did'nt see her she took my number advice she will call me back after their see her iesh where at I hope that that will at least happen
