Worst service ever from a supposedly privatclinic

My wife and I did a home pregnancy test a few days ago and it came back positive. On Thursday the 22nd of August she started getting back pains, cramps and bleeding we immediately rushed to Lesedi private hospital to find out if everything was okey, they took blood and urine samples we waited for feedback from one of their medical staff but no one came back to us. They just told us that she was going to be admitted and that a gynae will see her first thing in the morning which didn't sit well with us because we thought that this was a 24hrs facility they should have doctors on standby. She waited for a doctor the whole night and the whole with four other patients on the same ward, no one said anything regarding the doctors where abouts while the other patients were being treated. One of the nurse there was kind enough to call Dr Opai after 13 hrs of waiting to find out what is happening with my wife only then was she told to go for an X-ray, she was told she miscarriade and a doctor would come and talk to her after a long wait we decided to discharge ourselves even then no one tried to intervene. We left the hospital after 15hrs without seeing a doctor.
