Good day, I would like to know why do you make your patients suffer? My mother has been attacked by Stroke, she can't walk and using a pampers as she can't go to the loo more often like a normal person. Now she is sent to Ermelo for a scan, she left Amersfoort Hospital in the early hours of this morning, she arrived at the hospital after 07:30, they completed the scanner check by 09:00, she has been seating in the casualy bench from 09:00, I am sending this complaint now at 18:56PM my mom is still seating in that bench. Why do you treat our parents like this? It's enough that we have to come and bath her, change her nappy in your hospital while there's fully trained nurses to do that however they don't. Should my mother develop bad sores due to blood not flowing as it should to a patient I am going to sue the hospital with all I have as my mother can't suffer like this, it's enough that she has been attending your hospital for years to treat her cervical cancer however now your hospital has lost certain patients file, I had to explain to your doctor on what is wrong with my mother. This is still going to be escalated to national should I don't get feedback from you.
