NOT A TRUSTWORTHY DEALER SHIP TO DEAL WITH

I am a very disatisfied consumer, i was sold a vehicle based by a mercedes benz service centre is not a road worthy vehicle. The engine is due to pack up, the catalitique convertor is damaged. No air bags exist in the vehile and the dashboard has been tampered with to remove the warning signs. the List goes on. I traded in my car that is road worthy, still in peak condition and was sold a scrap. This dealer ship promised to come back to me today to advise next steps, however no phone call. all i want is my car back and the 90k cash i paid and i will turn the scrap car back. According to my council i have 14days to return the car however EBK has not responded at all to my request. "what now"
