I'm done complaining to Moms UIF about their pathetic service delivery! since May/June 2013 I started my application process, today is 6 February 2014 imagine!! paid them for professional service which I still haven't been served! very disappointed, Anel Fourie takes too long to respond to emails, by the time she replies they keep telling me to re-do my forms over and over and over again!! my baby is turning 6 months in a few weeks and i'm afraid I wont be able to get my refund after all! they respond very late and very silly indeed to tell me each time one error at a time instead of telling me one time all things that needs to be corrected at once! after finally accepting my scanned docs they sent sms for me to send the originals... only to be told a week later that I had to correct one of the forms I had sent to them to check before couriering originals! what's most frustrating is that I am now back at work and I gave birth at a public hospital so for me to find time to go look for the doctor who delivered baby is a nightmare! just to re-do form! and the other bank form too... plus I go to local clinic for the other form, plenty times now! frustrating! BAD RECOMMENDATION!!! :(
