I'm also a very unhappy client (one of many it seems if you look at the other posts). I have 2 storage units in Centurion and I also received notification on Friday evening that the price per unit per month would increase from R600 to R1050 with effect from 1 March 2014. I have been a loyal customer from the moment the storage facility opened its doors. The increase of 75% is shocking especially against the background of headline CPI annual inflation rate of 5.4% for December 2013. I have noted the copy and paste answers to all the other complaints and to be honest I could not care less about any of the amazing new things you have planned. I don't care about a customer services centre and storage experts. Perhaps these could be selling points when you bring new customers on board but it certainly does not appeal to me. It is a garage with a lock where you store stuff not an entertainment facility. I will certainly start shopping around and considering my options. Not exactly the smooth transition we were hoping for when you took over from Public Storage in November 2013. PS why should the loyal customers be punished for the fact that Public Storage did not increase prices?
