Still no wiring harness 4 months later

This has gotta be the worst experience I've had with a supplier. On the 23rd September 2013, I ordered a car radio/navigation unit from Sean via email. I paid the required R7, 500 immediately after Sean told me that he's got an extra unit he can send me. I only got the unit a week and a half later. That was the beginning of the terrible service I received from Sean.

I'll summary the experience as follows:
1.Radio received almost 2 weeks later after being told that he had an extra one to send.
2.Was told that the R500 from the price was for installation. Since I'm based in JHB and he's in CPT, he said he'd arrange for someone to contact me to come install. Still waiting for that person to contact me; he's also ignored requests to send me that person's numbers!
3.Radio was received with no wiring harness. After contacting him, he arranged for a harness to be shipped, harness was the wrong type.
4.It's now 4 and a half months after I've ordered the radio, still no harness.
5.At some point, he sent me a tracking number; I checked this with postnet, it was for a delivery in George, did I mention that I'm based in JHB?

I've run out of space, much more to mention. I just want my harness!!!
