Terrible Service

I have tried for 4 consecutive days to get my UNISA study material delivered to no avail. I have phoned non stop and each time I am told today, for the last 4 days. It is horrific service. It was delivered to Elandfontein on the 29th of January and still after all my complaints and phone calls I am still waiting. I was promised that parcel WILL be delivered today and suprise suprise it has not. I am going to report this to UNISA ombudsman. Absolutely unacceptable service.
