No delivery, terrible service

My UNISA material was supposed to be delivered over two weeks ago. I have phoned 4 times now; and no one can help me. No one knows why my study material hasn't been delivered. All they can tell me is that it's still at the Jhb depot and they don't know why. And maybe it'll be delivered in the next few days.

By far the worst courier I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Overseas, a company like this wouldn't last a week.
