VERY DISSAPOINTED

URGENT FEEDBACK REQUESTED
Kindly find email below that I have previously sent with the plea of receiving feedback after trying numerous avenues (instructed by TATA INDICA) yet I have not received any feedback. I think its appalling that I would have to send "customer service" a second email regarding the query I have now been having for over a year. I was told to contact customer service via email as they would assist me with my query but yet again TATA INDICA has failed me in respect of service. I have been patient but I cannot accept the constant delay or run around from TATA any longer as I have stated in my previous email, I drive my children to and from school every day and I am constantly worried that their lives are in danger due to the mere fact that I can't get trustworthy feedback from your company.
I am now requesting the contact details of TATA INDICA Customer Service Manager as I would like him/her to directly deal with this query as nobody on this forum seems capable of assisting me.
If I do not get any feedback from TATA INDICA I will personally contact Hello Peter in this regard
