IS THIS A JOKE!!!

On Saturday the second of March i went to VW in Boksburg East Rand to look into buying a car, I spoke to a lady named Yumna Janndeen, she showed me my options i then found a car i loved, she gave me her card and told me everything i'm going to need for my credit application and to send it through on Monday and i should know by the latest Tuesday eve if its being accepted or declined, i sent through everything on Monday morning through fax and then tried to get hold of Yumna to see if it was received, i left messages with reception and tried numerous times on her cell, on Tuesday morning i managed to get through she told me she was busy and she had not yet checked to see if she had received it and would get back to me, it is now Thursday she still has not i have called VW South Africa three times and still nothing has happened, my mom has tried to call and left messages, no one had bothered to get hold of us, to let us know anything, every single time we call we are asked for a message. IS THIS A JOKE, if you are not willing to help us please let us know so we can go else where, i have never delt with such incompetence!!!
