Hi, I bought a Dali lounge suite on 11/01/2014, it was delivered on 14/01/2014, on Saturday 18/01/2014 I phoned the store about the single seater incliner that does not want to kick out, I was told that a request will be logged on Monday 20/01/2014 for the people to come and have a look at the mechanism on Tuesday 21/01/2014. Nobody came. I phone again on Wednesday and the message that I got was that the request was not put in and that it will be arranged for Thursday and that I would be phoned to confirm it. Nothing happened again. Phoned this morning again at 09:26 and again there was said that they would coming back to me in 10 minutes. Nothing again. The people are quick to get you paying, but not quick to help with a problem.
