I DONT KNOW MY PIN!!!

On the 11th of January I visited the SANRAL e-TOLL booth in the Mall@Reds in Centurion. I had received new number plates the day before and wanted to change my e-TAG and it's details to reflect the new details of my number plates. My e-TAG was swopped for a new one, registered to my new number plates, but I was never given a pin to access my account online. I had loaded prepaid money onto my account on the day, but when my tag started beeping twice, I knew I had to replenish my account. I tried to access my account online, without success, so I called the Call Centre. The lady who assisted me, told me she'd send me an email with a reset PIN. This email never came. I tried online, to reset my PIN approximately 7 times. These emails never arrived. I made another call to the call centre, ref 3001 381 916 and again spoke to someone, saying that my attempts at resetting my pin via the Call Centre, as well as online, has been unsuccessful, and that I need assistance. This call was made on the 31st January. This Call Centre agent AGAIN told me she'd reset my PIN and have the mail sent to me. This mail also has not yet arrived. I NEED SOMEONE TO FIX IT PLEASE!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!
