In the mean time I was informed if I do not pay now the matter will be escalated. So I paid the R6.76 and immediately submitted a claim to be refunded R4.57 case no 3-2-2014 317746 and also submitted a complain that my envelopes are not dated, case no 3-2-2014 317852. As a Category A e-tag holder that is fully within the law I informed SANRAL if they do not refund me the matter ill be escalated. I am not using the system and is purely testing the system They did not respond within 5 working days. The time at the queue with 5 people and my query took one hour and 45 minutes to be recorded. The system was not slow. As a fleet owner that was responsible for 2050 vehicles I think I have done my homework.
