Stay away from W P Motors (Belville)

I bought a used 4x4 vehicle 2011. There were minor faults on the vehicle which I queried when I test drove it. The sales rep promised me that it would be resolved by the time I took possesion of the vehicle.

Eventually they ask me to bring the vehicle in. I waited a 2 months for the repairs to be done. When I got it back there were more faults of the car. I had to seek legal advice (which did not help) to get them to send it to an accredited workshop. This did not happen, and in the meantime they claimed against the extended warrenty that I was paying for. I brought the matter to WESBANK who financed the deal to intervene and the operations manager for that area bluntly told me that the matter is between the delaership and myself. My point was that they are being associated with dealership and should take some responisbility. It seems that you are only important to them until you`ve signed the contract.

I got " vol" and took the vehicle to an accredited workshop myself and forked out R40 000.00. To end off the vehicle is in for repairs again and I am looking at another R18000.00. I am so frustrated because I can not get rid of the car due to the all the additional charges.
