My parcel is missing

I have a parcel sent to me via one day speed services on 24 January 2014 track number TC218791954ZA but thus far still not yet received. Been to post office several times but all my attempts drew blank. Today after being told by the consultant that there is nothing yet and could not confirm where is my parcel. I phoned 0860000997 at 11H28 and spoke to one of the client services and told me the parcel was received by EASTLYNN branch on the 27th. She demanded to speak to one of the staff member but could not get any help. PLEASE TRACK MY PARCEL AND LET ME KNOW WHERE IT IS CAUSE I PAID FOR ONE DAY SERVICE NOT ONE MONTH.
