BAD SERVICE< NO FEEDBACK DONT RETURN CALLS

My Girlfriends car was taken in on the 13th of January, i have made more than 100 calls to them and they never return my calls, when i did Get hold of Eddy he said the Supplier did not have stock, I see this is a common Excuse For them that the supplier does not have Stock Yet i call RENault an enquired about the Parts and they have stock, I was told i would get a curtsey car when i called they say it never come in or it came and it had hail damage and i could not get it, i call an leave Messages for Eddy to call me back he does not return my calls, he reads my email and does not reply and yet i get a read receipt, i cant understand why do they have such poor customer service for such a professional company, i am very dissappointed with the service they render, they full of excuses, i spoke to his Manager last week Wednesday and he also never get back to me like he said he will
