In May 2012 i purchased a ghd gold series, being told it was the best of the range, i was quite happy with it until Sept 2012 when my ghd stopped working, the light kept on beeping but it was not heating up, i then
sent it for repairs and was given a brand new one and was told 2 year quarantee was from the original date of purchase, on 7 Aug 2013 the exact problem ocured with my ghd, firstly the consultant whom i spoke to at that time was a bit rude and gave my the wrong fax number, however my ghd was replaced with a brand new one 2 weeks later, yet again on the 30 jan 2014 my ghd gave me the exact same problem, on this occasion i spoke to candice told her the situation and she was rude and did not want to help i asked to speak to the manager and spoke to mason who did not listen to the situation took down my details and someone else called me . in one and half years my ghd broke 3 times due to a factory fault . in 4 months time my quarantee is going to be over whats going to happen then, when it is a factory fault ghd is a of poor quality and no one listens when you ask for a credit note or refund
