Sinotec TV with numerous factory defects

Electronics and household app.

My 42" LCD TV went in for repairs the first time in 2011 - it was not turning on.
on the 9th December 2012 it went in for the second repair with the same fault and i got it back on the 22nd December 2012. Not even 3 weeks later it has now gone in for the 3 repair on same fault - Unit not turning on.
I have requested a credit on the unit but Sinotec have refused because it is out of the warranty and said i need to have it repaired and will give me a 3 month warranty on the repairs. So the next time it needs to go in for repairs for same fault it will be at my expense and i think that is unfair on Sinotec considering it is a Manufacturing fault with TV so i must pay the price for firstly not having tv to watch and will have to pay for repairs every time it breaks. What i do not understand is why does Sinotec not FIX the Manufacturing default problem with the TV seen as though there are quite a few complaints from customers instead they just fix the problem temporarely and after a while it is faulty once again. Not a happy customer and will in future persuade any one i see looking at a Sinotec TV to NOT purchase as they will have countless problems.
