Insurance zone doesn't care about its clients

I had a car accident about a month ago. Insurance zone arranged for my car to be taken to a panel beater that was not approved by my car dealership. Further to that their incompetence caused another week delay on my car. Now they are refusing to pay for d courtesy car. What a bad insurance I chose an will make sure my 2 family members withdraw their membership before anything bad happens to them. My life has been an emotionally since then. I have been a loyal customer an all I want is for dem to cover the courtesy car until my car is fixed. I have no money to cover the courtesy car. Must I walk to work or must I not go to work at all because my insurance doesn't care?? I mean what's the point of having insurance if in a time of need, they will be the ones making ur life instead of helping u out!! All they care about is my money. I can not believe that they are this insensitive!! I mean I have both car and household insurance with these people and this is how they do me... Wow!!!
