Good day,

This is to extend a word of gratitude to Mr Kay Arko of VW MasterCars at the Silver Oaks dealership for his commitment to customer satisfaction.

I purchased an old Polo which was about a thousand kilometres shy of being a non-Master car, and required a few cosmetic repairs here and there. I'm happy to report that most of those problems have been successfully resolved and the car really drives and feels like new.
