I have to give the biggest thank you to a wonderful woman at rtt couriers. I have been waiting for my phone from mtn more than 3 weeks now, being on the road i told the sales agent at mtn to ensure that my phone is delivered to me before i leave for london. I called rtt and was on hold for over 4 minutes when a woman answered the phone in the most professional manner introdused herself to me and assisted a very irate client. Needles to say that the service and the swift assistance up to delivery was unbelievable. thanks to lindi van grunen hoping that her willingness to go the extra mile gets recognized by many more clients to come. Well done rtt for having a one in a million agent!!
