Shoddy service

I reported Renew-it Randburg's shoddy service in December last year. They responded that they are in contact with me and trying to resolve my query. It is now February and still nothing has happened. I did get phone calls from them however, but phone calls don't repair vehicles. 7 months later and I guarantee that all I will get is another phone call for promises that never materialise. I said it before and will say it again in case they never heard me properly: PATHETIC, PATHETIC AND PATHETIC SERVICE.
