Two Months in Repairs!

Unbelievable! It take two months to repair a Chevrolet Utility! Pathetic customer service! Unreturned phone calls endless stress, every time I called I was told next week or in the week but till today no car, no return call and no apology! There is a meeting everyday between 9-10 am and you are promised a call back but nothing! Let me ask them if they after all the stress and phone bills if they are will in to drop my excess for taking to two months having my work suffer! I bet not!
