Worst Service EVER!!!

My car has been at Renew-It Randburg since 9 April 2013 for repair related to hail damage. For the 1st few weeks I received no phone calls or feedback at all about the progress on the car. I kept phoning and 2 weeks ago I was told that the car was being prioritised as they had had it since 9 April.

Again I kept having to follow up and eventually today was told that a further 2 weeks was needed! I am beyond livid. Renew-it have not at all bothered about the inconvenience this has caused. At no point was anyone even able to articulate what it is that is being done to the car that would need almost 2 months and worst of all no-one has even kept me abreast of what the progress is. I, who is the customer, am being kept in the dark and being treated like I have no right to any updates or even reasons.
