Shoddy Service

My car went in for repairs for an accident end of June. Got my car back after 2 months. Car was left with half tank petrol, returned on reserve, Bluetooth kit damaged. Carpet in boot missing and the work done on my car unsatisfactory. I reported it to them the same day. 3 months later my car is still not fixed and I keep getting told, they will call me back.

For a company that is supposed to have a good reputation, I expected a lot more.
