Paying for nothing

I had asked to have a faulty alarm removed from my car, was told it's not possible, told to bring in the remote, I had to pay for repairs to remote R950-00. When I tested it, it still did not work, I was now told to bring the car in. I towed vehicle there. I was called later and was told that the alarm is faulty and needs to be removed (which I was told previously was not possible) this was now a further R1500-00. I told them that this is unfair as I had originally requested it to be done first time round was told not possible, now having to pay again. I asked for it to be left as I would take to someone else. On collection of my car I now had to pay R735-00 for them to just check and diagnose. They did not want to even budge on the price
