Spoke to Gerald on Wednesday 29/01/2014 and submitted an application for finance which he assured would be processed. When I called on Thursday apparently he took the day off without informing me. I spoke to Shane and again submitted my application and got no response. I spoke to Gerald on Friday and I told him I wanted an answer regarding the application by midday which he said he would provide. Today is Sunday and there is still no news. They have no business etiquette and not interested in business as they do not follow up on their customers. Very unprofessional would NOT recommend their service to anyone as they do not follow up on clients.
