Outsurance fails to deliver to their promise

I logged a claim no 107652463 on Monday, 27/01/2014 at - 09:28 with Gerald Bosch (012) 7495506 who sent a tow truck to come and collect my car at - 11:45. Gerald told me that the car is taken for an assessment. At 17:20 I phoned Outsurance and spoke to Mpho who told me that the car has been assessed and I should get feedback by the next day in the morning, Tuesday, 28/01/2014. At 10:30 on Tuesday morning, I made follow up call to Gerald who told me that Linda Sibeko is the assessor and will give me update by the same morning. - 15:05 having received no update from Linda, I phoned Gerald and he told me that there is no further info that he can give other than Linda who should give me the update. I asked for Linda's number, as I can see that I have to do his job now, so that I can find out what is the hold up or is there any info missing from my side? I phoned Linda Sibeko on (012) 336 3672 and phone rang until I was cut off. At 17:10, I phoned Outsurance again and spoke to Paul who also told me that Linda is the person to give me the update. He gave me same number as Gerald and tried to call Linda with no luck again. Who should assist me? I am stranded with no transport!!!
