I am extremely happy that I had not chosen any other dealership to go to, to get my new Hyundai i20.
I had walked into Hyundai and had the best smile every approach me at Hyundai Airport (Russell Naude). what a great man, and how special and important he made me feel. He took his time out to explain each and everything about the vehicle that I wanted. he walked the floor, and gave me specs of the cars I was interested in. best customer service is not the word, he out done himself completely. Russell Naude has not left my side for one minute when I applied for finance for the vehicle, phoned me every day 6 times to give me updates on whats happening. Russell & Yvette worked and worked for a week and 3 days to assist me in every way to get the vehicle. Yesterday I signed my papers, and I am now a proud new owner of my Hyundai i20. if you are looking for the best service, best customer care, the best of everything.
