The car started giving us problems the day after it had been in for service at VW in Durban. They took it back in for assessment at Midbay in Richard's Bay branch as it was closer and found it was caused by an oil drain plug not being properly replaced. When we called back the following day we were told the problem has been repaired and they were sorting out the payment and we'd receive a call once it's sorted. The following day we called again and were told they were still trying to process the claim. So in all for three days we had to make other arrangements to fetch the kids and run errands and in the end we had to pay the money in order for us to get the car back because we were still getting stories about waiting for payments. It was a very inconvenient, disappointing and taxing experience!
