Horrible service after payment recieved

I ordered ten round tables from Boss tents for catering.. i dealt with the manager called noorie at their Durban branch who was more then helpful giving me all the information i need and more the willing to take my calls and sort out the payment. i started experiencing problems after i made payment. i have been waiting now for the past two months and over for my order, i have been calling noorie on a weekly basis and cant seem to get through to her..this company has now resorted to dropping my calls and referring me to Noorie's assistant.

i have spent over R100000.00 with this company and they can not even refer me to their manager. i have been told that my order has been delivered and when i call riaz the branch manager in benoni he says his is talking nonsense as he does not have a delivery for me. i fee like i have been corned by these guys and i do not think i will be getting my order or my money back.. i would never do business with them ever again and as this experience has left me money less and very frustrated.
