SMSed more than 10 times and still no progress

Ive smsed more than 10 times and I all I got is an automated call asking for my ID number and another automated call advising that my application has been approved. Its more than a week, I've been trying to follow up with no luck. I tried to call the Jhb number on the website and it got through to a private line of a person who had no idea what this company is about. The service really and im even considering other options as im not getting any response or feedback.
