The worst removal company in SA

Mini Maxi moved my household contents in December 2013. They brought a truck that was too small to fit all my goods into so the pot plants were left behind. Two days later they brought the pot plants and still left one behind so they brought it another day. My solid oak bedroom suite was damaged badly - both headboard and dressing table scratched deeply. A brand new double bed was badly damaged on two of the corners, two wall clocks scratched so badly (and they were wrapped in bubble wrap!!) i had to throw them away. It was the worst move i have ever had and i may as well have got guys off the street and a bakkie and done it myself. All the owner could say is that i should claim from insurance and pester me for the outstanding balance!!! So they do R30 000 worth of damage, you have to pay for the move plus excess to insurance and they carry no liability whatsoever?! What a great business to be in. It borders on criminal.
