Pathetic, Disgusting. Disappointing service!!!

A parcel was sent to me with DHL from the UK on the 18th of Feb 2013 and arrived on the 20th of Feb at Cape Town International Airport. It is now the 12 of March and I still have not received my parcel. When you phone they don't pick up, when you email you get a automated out of office reply and the service is just utterly shocking. My parcel travelled from the UK to South Africa within two days and now it has taken them 20 days to deliver the parcel to my address only 20km away. DHL London said they can't get hold of DHL Cape Town. I made use of Express Shipping which is suppose to be delivered door to door withing 3-4days.(or so I have been told) I've been in contact with Moneeba Ismail from Customs and Rushdien Smith the Gateway Manager. And still can't manage to get this matter resolved. I'm really disappointed and would NEVER make use of their service again!!!
