The first time I ordered a parcel from Xcar360 shipping and handling fees was included in the final invoiced amount, I paid $19 for DHL to ship the parcel to me, I was not requested to pay any additional services and this was confirmed by a DHL employee. My parcel was worth more than R2000.00.
I now placed a second order with Xcar360 for different product valued less than R2000.00 and paid them $48 for the shipping and handling fee, as far as i am concerned there is no further balances outstanding as it was all settle like my first order.
I received a call from DHL demanding an additional payment of R218 because my parcel value is more than R400 what kind of a service is this!!! My first parcel was valued over R2000 but yet no additional payment was requested and now when my parcel value is less now I need to pay? I do not want to pay for this as I did not pay for it the first time its seems like a money making scheme or what? I need my parcel delivered as paid for! My first parcel tracking number - 9397418645 and my second parcel tracking number - 1718706286
