I have just received notice that my monthly rate for storage rental has gone up from R600 to R999 per month. This is utterly rediculous and unacceptable. Of course they know very well that moving the contents of my "storage compartment would also cost a lot of money, so whatever I do, I am out of a huge amount of money that I don't have. Nice way to treat your customers!
