GFK is a scanning company where you scan all your shopping items and gain points. With the accumulated points, a person can order many different items. They also have on going competitions, where you can win different things.
I won a movie ticket for a year in August 2013 and never received the prize. I have queried and complained with no luck. Upon contacting them, they claimed that the courier company, UTI, lost the mail.

I do not think that it is a good excuse for not delivering their promises.
