BAD SERVICE/RESPONCE VEHICLE UNDER WARRANTY

Masda 2 still under warranty and get verry poor service from dealership and Ford SA.From the first service up to now complaince was given to the different dealers but with no results. This vehicle had several faults witch has been braught to the attention off different dealers till the vehicle had to be braught to Action Ford. I took it in to the branch on the 22of May on a wednesday morning with the understanding that i need it back on the friday at 15:00 to pick my wife up at the airport. After several calls to the branch I had to make my way to the branch and got my vehicle at 17:00 with no repairs done yet. Ihad to take it back the monday morning. During that day no phone was made to me to inform me off progress towards the repairs. I had to call them on several times to find out. At 16:00 I requested them to pick me up but at 18:30 hade to make my way to the branch and got it by 18:45.The next morning I discover that the gearbox leaks oil. The workshop admitted the leak and said it will be delt with on my next service. I report it to Ford SA.I made new arrangements with the dealer for this repair but with no sucsess. Tyre damage visible, because off faulty steeringrack.? WHO TO BLAME
