We did a photoshoot on the 8th of June 2013 and we were told they were going to send us all our pictures within 7 days so that we can decide on which 10 pictures to print and to put on the DVD. After a month we called and emailed them and there were no answers or else come up with an excuse.

Today is the 18th of October 2013, and we do not have our pictures nor our DVD. I called them 4 hours ago and they said they going to get back to me in 2 minutes.

Please do not use this supplier, they are full of empty promises and we paid them their full amount in June for a DVD, since were using the voucher we bought from UbuntuDeal.
