Ford: "Failing brakes are correct" Poor service!

Cars & Transport

We in the company drive a 2011 Ford Fiesta Trend 1.6. The car now has 40k on the clock. The brakes failed me twice the last month. (Feels like abs kicking in but I have no stopping capabilities). Took the car there, as we normally service all our vehicles there. After 3 hours of waiting (did not have an appointment), they said that there is nothing wrong and that that is normal abs behavior. Yet they did not want to give us, in writing, that the vehicle is safe to drive. I did some research of my own and showed them on the fact that it might be moisture in the brake line, so they said they can book it in over a week, yet no vehicle was offered for us to continue our work. Their comment, "If there isn't a car then thats how it is." According to me, this is a potential fatal problem that was addressed to them. Furthermore I, as well as numerous other Fiesta drivers, are having problems with transition from 2nd to 3rd gear. Although I can see they are also struggling to change gear, they insist nothing is wrong. All the above plus the fact that they don't return my calls shows bad customer service and in the current economical situation, no company can afford losing clients!
